  2. brave does not have to mean strong, mean, or really really tall

  3. brave does not have to mean doing stupid things and getting hurt

  4. and brave definitely does not have to mean climbing mountains or doing a back flip

  5. brave can mean putting your hand up (without hesitating)

  6. brave can mean saying "No" once in a while

  7. brave can mean helping someone

  8. brave can mean starting a new habit (and practicing it every day)

  9. brave can mean going to yoga (for the first time)

  10. and brave can simply mean saying "I love you” (and meaning it)
