USPSDAT/DEDNAM • Annuity and regular deduction types will now have a new prompt: “Include as employer sponsored health coverage?:” • This field will be defaulted to “N” when implemented • If changed to a “Y” the year to date accumulators for this deduction will be added to the total, which will be reported on the employees W2 in box 12 using code “DD”
USPSCN/DEDSCN • An override field has been added to the federal deduction record allowing the user to override the system calculated value if necessary
W2PROC • W2PROC will include the amount on any applicable employees W2 (box 12 code DD) • W2REPT will include sub totals and grand totals for the employer sponsored health insurance field
W2TAPE • W2TAPE will include the totals on the necessary submission records
