Housing Targeted to Homeless Veterans – public and private 4. Incentives for Landlord Participation - fund for potential damages and incentives for landlords to house homeless Veterans 5. Transportation Pass Program – Universal Fare Pass for Veterans and transportation supports 6. Pet Resources - pet boarding, shots, spaying/neutering 7.
