  1. Gateway Field Services Your Full Service Field Inspection Company

  2. A little bit about us! • Gateway Field Service is a full service Property Inspection Company. • We have been in business for over 3 years. • Our Main Focus has been in the Mortgage Servicing Industry. • We have completed over 3000 inspections in the greater St. Louis and Metro East area.

  3. Why Expand? • The Real Estate Market is a very busy and Time consumer business. Most Agents have to spend numerous hours daily searching new listings, taking phone calls, talking to Clients, doing paperwork, showing homes, attending closings, and numerous other tasks.

  4. WHAT WE CAN NOT DO FOR YOU? • Gateway Field Services is NOT a Home Inspection Company. • We do not inspect properties for homeowners.

  5. What we CAN DO for you. • Take exterior Photos of properties. • Take Interior photos of properties. • Report the property condition with photos. • List any and all repairs that could affect the sale. • Take first time Insurance Photos for homes and any other insurable entities. • Photograph home or property damages for Insurance claims. • Contractor follow ups to insure work is being performed to standards. • We work exclusively for Real Estate and Insurance Companies.

  6. What are the Advantages? • Saves you time from traveling to different properties. • We take all photos and information and enter all data into Jade Property Suite and then e-mail you all the information. • We set the appointments to take the photos. Both interior and exterior. • SAVES YOU TIME AND MONEY • Lets you concentrate on SELLING the home.

  7. Why pay a large amount of money for photographs? • Most Photography Companies charge a rate of $200.00 to $350.00 for just photographs. • Here at Gateway we charge a flat rate for photos and information on any property. • Our terms are below market rates that is why we are here to work with you, get your properties listed and marketed in the most expedient way. • One call and you have all the information and photos you need to start marketing your properties. • Why have an aerial photo when you can have real photos with real information. • Photos will sell a property faster than a virtual or aerial photo.

  10. A few examples of peoples thoughts on Real Estate Photography My house is currently on the market and my realtor brought in a photographer, which resulted in some great photos.I don’t see why more realtors don’t do this-it makes such a difference. My wife and I are looking at houses right now. We love older homes, and we expect that they will often need some TLC . Too many of these types of listings show only one or two photos, usually (I assume) because the rooms aren’t in the best possible shape. I’d much rather know what I’m getting into, rather than be unpleasantly surprised when I first visit the house.

  11. Cont. • I’m actually a bit suspicious of professional photos because you can be sure they’re set up to make the house look as delectable as possible. I find I can judge pretty well even from amateur snapshots whether I’m likely to be interested in a home, and the amateur snapshots tend to paint a more honest picture of what the place looks like. I’ve seen a few houses that looked very attractive in the photos but were quite disappointing when viewed in person. • Pictures definitely help get people in the door but its amazing how much smaller the rooms can look in person. You have to be careful to not distort the photos too much or the prospective buyers will just feel cheated. I’ve visited homes that looked nothing like their photos and felt like I was wasting my time.
