  1. How to print in Colour and Black and White from a PC Double click on the ‘Help’ icon on the Desktop. Double Click on the Colour Printers Folder 3. ‘Install Colour and Black and White Printers ’ icon.

  2. Install Colour Printers 4. Double Click on ‘Install Colour Printers and Black and White Printer’ 5. Click Open 6. Read message and click ok

  3. After you have installed colour printers, do the following Choose File / Print from the menu. Pull down the pull down menu and choose a colour printer – in this case- ITColourPass Press OK See the list of printers on the next slide

  4. List of Printers • cantwp//ITColourPass (Most users choose this printer) • cantwp//ITBlackWhite (black & white printer) • cantwp//ITBlackWhite2 (black & white printer) Then Press ‘OK’

  5. Go to the Library Copy Centre Level 2 of the Central Library • March to November • Monday, to Friday • 8:30 am- 5:00 pm • Saturday and Sunday • 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm • November to March • Monday to Friday • 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Hours Please go to the Copy Centre to have your print job released
