  2. Hydroseeding GroundCover We can Hydroseed many different ground covers, please call to find out which varieties areavailable. Not all plant varieties and ground covers can be Hydroseeding. The reason for this is that someplants do not reliably start well fromseeds.

  3. ErosionControl Erosion control refers to a hydroseeding process that may, or may not, include a seed. If we are performing erosion control without seed in the mix we would call that Hydro mulching. Hydro mulchingis a process that is exactly the same as Hydroseeding, we just do not add seed to thetank mix

  4. Hydroseeding Directions andCare 1-15 Days: The golden rule for hydroseeding is to keep the groundmoistforaminimumof30days,withoutproducing puddles. During these 30 days, germination will occur.The ideal times for watering are 9 am 12 pm and3 pm (donot wateratnightduetoahighrisk ofproducingfungi). 30-45 Days: First mowing takes place. The lawn should be mowed when 50% of the area is 2″ (inches) or taller. The mower must be sharp and free ofdebris. Continue mowing once per week. Cut back on watering to once per dayafter the first mowing. Morning watering ispreferred.

  5. TurfHydroseeding When Hydroseeding Turf grasses there are many options in regardsto seed variety that include Perennial Rye, Tall fescues, Fine fescues, and Bermuda grasses By far themajority of Hydroseeding uses Tall Fescue grassseed.
