  2. Agenda • Learn how to use Aspen for Medicaid billing • Create service on student’s IEP • Log service delivery of IEP on Delivery Log tab • Set up needed components • Run Service Delivery Report

  3. Create Service on Student IEP • 1) Add Category that is “billable” service • Counseling • Skilled Nursing • Occupational Therapy • Speech Therapy • Physical Therapy • 2) Staff member needs to have license number listed

  4. Log Service Delivery • Two options: • Delivery Log • IEP > Services > Delivery Log

  5. Set Up Needed Components • IEP details has new sub-tab called Medicaid • Staff must have Medicaid License number • Update therapy codes on the Service Types Reference Table

  6. Service Delivery Report • Reports > Service Delivery • Run Quick Report and save as .csv file
