Preventing Congested Drive-up/Drop-off Areas • Guide vehicles up to the end of the drive-up area and instruct guests, taxi drivers, and other drivers to pull as far forward as possible. • Maintain at least one open traffic lane at all times. • Promptly park guest vehicles. • Pull up retrieved vehicles in a designated lane.
