Objectives • Content Objective: • We will be able to understand what synonyms are and how we can use synonyms to find juicier words for our personal narratives. • Language Objective: • We will be able to use synonyms from the hand-out to enhance the word choice in our writing.
Mini-Lesson on SYNONYMs • Check out the handout with adjectives and juicy words • Compare it to the ten words you found to describe your story • Try to replace those ten words you have with a JUICIER word
