  13. Making the transition • It takes 9 months to a year to train and prepare for the first course! • Don’t plan to do it all at once • unless you are getting the necessary incentives (release time and extra pay)- • Give it three times

How has it worked for MCC? • Benefits • Access to courses not offered by your institution: • Don’t have the staff • Don’t have the enrollment • Experiences • Problems are usually logistical – not technical • Underestimation of the development time needed • Students still indicate preference for F2F
