M.F.S • Identifying potential problems for the Shop: • Engine Condition: wear items, leaks, and mechanical failure • Tire Condition: low tire pressure, flats, and objects in tires are identified • All lights, alarms, horns, and warning devices • Interior: problems and condition are noted • Exterior: body damage and loose components • Front end undercarriage and drivetrain

M.F.S Reports Emailed Daily: • RED TAG LIST- by 5:00 AM • MISSED BUS LIST- by 12:00 noon • DAILY REPORT- by 12:00 noon • DAILY TIRE REPORT-by 12:00 noon
M.F.S • THE RED TAG REPORT: • A detailed list of Red Tagged buses • Immediate attention is required • Information is given only to the Director of Fleet Services and his permitted personnel • EXAMPLE of the RED TAG REPORT :
M.F.S • THE MISSED BUS LIST REPORT: • Provides a list of buses that were assigned but were not available on the date of inspection • EXAMPLE of the MISSED BUS LIST :
M.F.S • THE DAILY REPORT: • Vehicle RECAP - Identifies problems in order of severity • Coded as Red, Yellow, or Green under status based on codes and importance of issue • EXAMPLE of the DAILY REPORT:
