I've been a frequent traveler in Europe for the past twenty years. In all that time, I've never thought about traveling in Scotland and that is why I wanted to write this article! Traveling in Scotland is very different than travel to any other European country. In Scotland, everyone knows the name of the area, and it is a popular tourist destination. The reason for this is because the residents there are very warm and friendly. But the tourism industry has grown over the years, and it includes high-end hotels, galleries, museums, and fine dining. You can travel in Scotland without having to go to Glasgow or Edinburgh (they are recommended though), but if you like to visit the more historic sites, then you must travel all throughout Scotland to get the full experience. In fact, many times when I travel to other parts of Europe, I'll take a train or bus to England, and I'll fly back campervan Edinburgh to London. But I find that it is much easier to travel to Scotland and stay in the hostels (or a campervan) that most travelers to Scotland to stay in, which saves money and time! The scenery in Scotland is spectacular! It's green, beautiful, and peaceful. It is a great place to visit if you want to get away from the humdrum world. For me, Scotland is all about mountains, waterfalls, and beaches. Some of the good places to travel in Scotland include: Fort William - Fort William is located in the Isle of Skye. It is on the western end of Scotland and it's been used by the British military for many centuries. There are many historical sites here, as well as beautiful mountains. Riva Nova - This is located on the east coast of Scotland. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site because it has beautiful beaches, as well as lots of historical monuments. If you're looking for a quiet place to travel, this is the perfect place for you. In addition to these areas, the best way to travel in Scotland is by campervan. You can get around town in a much more comfortable way than on a bus or train. Plus, there are so many places where you can stop off to explore. You can also take a train from Glasgow to Edinburgh. On the way, stop at Stornoway, which is one of the most beautiful places in Scotland. When you get to Edinburgh, take a train to Lochgilphead, which is located within the Highlands. Also, a great way to travel in Scotland is by train to Aberdeen, where you can go to Inverness and visit the Innishmurray Art Gallery. The art museum is free, and if you visit at night, you might be able to see the Northern Lights! You can also drive in Scotland. I've taken my car out of the garage, and I've driven from England to Scotland. There are some very scenic roads, and you can find amazing views of the ocean from the back of your car. It is much better to travel in a campervan, which will be discussed shortly. Traveling in Scotland is truly a wonderful experience. If you enjoy exploring and seeing new things, this is a wonderful place to visit. My advice is to start planning your trip now!
