iDEAL was created by Jill Dean Rigsbee in 2018, a veteran in the hospitality industry who has worked for hotels and hotel partner companies her entire career. We recognized that hoteliers were searching for long term solutions through our evaluation of common issues as we explored problem-solving supplier connections. We found hoteliers had broader questions and requests and we responded by expanding our consultative and advisory services.
