During My Gap Years… • In 2004, decided to take a break and experience the “real world” and “organisation politics”. • In 2006, time to return… • Academic friends help to keep my publication and connection going while I was working..

Reflection on the journey so far… • Definitely hasn’t been easy.. • Be fortunate to build up a network of mentors and friends • Make effort and lot of hard work! • Utilise the resources • Never stop your research spirit! • Enjoy it and not let it run your life… • Still have plenty to learn, long way to go….
