  1. The Advance Technology of Future …SKY IS THE LIMIT… VATSAL N SHAH(55) SHARON B VARGHESE(56)

  2. We chose this topic because a lot of new technologies are being invented in the world daily. A lot many people are unaware about the new developments going on in the world. Through this presentation of 15 to 20 min. you will get to know more about some of the new technologies. As a engineer we must know that what are the things going on in the world so that we can also develop something new technologies. Let’s see amazing video… “””DID YOU KNOW???”””

  3. Self-healing materials are polymers, metals, ceramics and their composites that when damaged through thermal, mechanical, ballistic or other means have the ability to heal and restore the material to its original set of properties. • Example : NissanMotor Co. Ltd has commercialized world’s first self-healing clear coat for car surfaces. The trade name of this product is ‘‘Scratch Guard Coat’’ Self Healing MaterialsRichard P Wool

  4. This journal is ª The Royal Society of Chemistry 2008

  5. Rolltop Laptop • The Rolltop is very light to carry. • It has all the function of a laptop. • It’s easier to use, so we think that Rolltop will be succeeded. • ’’ Touch Screen Price : $150/per piece • Lets see how it works…

  6. 3D PRINTING • Additive manufacturing or 3D printing is a process of making a three-dimensional solid object of virtually any shape from a digital model. • Used As :- • Prototyping • Industrial design • Geographic information systems • Aerospace • Dental and medical industries • Architecture • Manufacturing in jewellery • Footwear • Engineering and construction (AEC)

  7. Molecular NANOtechnology Nanotechnology could be the new hope of cancer patientssince it's been shown to make Radiation Therapy of cancer more effective. Now, a research team led by Sunil Krishnan, M.D., of the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, has found that pretreating tumors with gold nanoparticles and near-infrared radiation dramatically improves the response of tumors to radiation therapy.

  8. Online Electric Vehicles • Wireless technology can now deliver electric power to moving vehicles. • The vehicle floor receive power remotely via an electromagnetic field broadcast from cables installed under the road. • The current also charges an on-board battery. • Online electric vehicles are currently undergoing road tests in Seoul, South Korea.

  16. Summary • Nowadays everyday and every second something new is being invented in the world, technology has changed a lot. • We have evolved from computers the size of our rooms to something that fits in our palms, materials having very less life span to material able to heal themselves. • This shows that the human mind has no limits, it can do anything create anything • “SKY IS THE LIMIT“ • All this has made our life much easier, reducing the required for our day to day activities. Like in the past people used to travel on foot while now we have OLEV which completely runs on electrical mechanism, also we have roll top which has all the facilities of computer, scanner, etc in one device, thus reducing our baggage. • It has made our lives simpler and faster.
