Therefore, every hotel should provide clear and potable water, flowing water in the sink and toilets, proper and continuous hot running water, and of course no leaks.

3. A hotel typically works on the standard “answer in three rings” policy. Unfortunately, this doesn’t happen as often as it is expected to. Sometimes the call is directed ta an agent who doesn’t have the proper information, or is rather there just to answer the call and so on to another transfer. Therefore, every hotel must assign a qualified agent who is efficient enough to answer all the queries of the guests and guide them properly. No matter what the hotel is, a high-end Beirut hotel is or a small lodge; it is expected to greet every guest with a warm welcome, a friendly face, attentive services, and a heartfelt thanks.
