  3. Theme • Summer Carnival • Colorful balloons will adorn the grounds • Funky hats to be distributed upon arrival • Carnival games • Carnival snacks

  4. Entertainment • Palm Readers • Magicians • Caricaturists • Circus clowns and mimes • Karaoke • DJ

Catering • Picnic Menu • Breakfast 9a.m. – 11 a.m. • Coffee, tea, fruit, muffins, bagels, and pastries • Barbeque lunch: 12 noon – 3 p.m. • Burgers, frankfurters, grilled chicken, fries, cole slaw, mixed green salad, and corn on the cob • Dessert: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. • Ice cream sundaes, cake , cookies, frozen yogurt, watermelon, coffee, and tea
