  3. What is ISO 9001 Certification? ISO 9001 is termed as Quality Management Systems and Certification to this standard adds as a customer centric organization. credibility and organization’s improved acceptance. ISO 9001 certification is a process of designing and developing process policies and procedures to refine and effectively manage organization’s processes effectively. ISO audits are called third party audits, which is initially audited in STAGE 1 AND STAGE 2 to grant certification based on compliance to standard compliance.

  4. Why Implementing ISO 9001? Most of the other standards are built from the fundamental framework of  ISO 9001 as the base of building strong standards for specific industry or domains. ISO 9001 is called mother of all standards and widely called as “Quality Management Systems”. Although the word “Quality” is mostly misinterpreted. The standard in fact guides an effective business management on the PDCA Cycle.
