  3. Word Problem 1 One day Bob asked Jessi, “ How many gummy bears do we have?’’ Jessi replied, “ We have 3 rows and 5 columns, so in total we have 15 gummy bears.”

  5. Word Problem 2 Once Kya asked her dad, “ If I have 3 oranges and Timmy has 2 times as many as I do, how many oranges does Timmy have?”

  7. Word Problem 3 Lexy has 4 eggs. Emily-Claire has 6 times as many eggs as Lexy has . How many eggs does Emily-Claire have ?

  9. Word Problem 4 Catherine has 5 cooling towels. Gloria has 3 times as many cooling towels as Catherine does. How many cooling towels does Gloria have?

  11. Word Problem 5 Payton has 5 skittles. Mrs. Sanford has 3 times as many skittles as Payton has. How many skittles does Mrs. Sanford have?
