  3. 培训目标 • 熟悉培训内容，理解新修订的《教师职业道德规范》，明白案例式培训的特点和学习方法 • 体验普通学员角色，熟悉网络学习的特点、模式和方法 • 模拟履行远程培训管理员、辅导教师的职责和工作方式，提高指导与管理远程培训的能力。
