  2. Intro • My question was to see how much it would cost for a five dollar footlongfrom subway would cost everyday for one month.

  3. Types of subs • There are several types of Subs on the $5 footlong menu. These include: • Meatball Marinara • Cold Cut Combo • Spicy Italian • Veggie Delight • Black Forest Ham • Oven roasted Chicken Breast • BLT • Tuna

  5. In Illinois, We have sales tax of 8.25%

  6. So, on a 5 dollar footlong, with sales tax, the total is $5.41. • If I worked 5 hours a week, at 8.25/hour, the gross amount of my pay check for one month would be roughly $165.00

  7. If I Got Subway for Lunch everyday for one month, I would be spending a TOTAL of $162.30, meaning I would have to work at least 20 hours a month to satisfy my footlong craving.
