  9. Ethical Questions • Is it wrong to use office equipment to help your children or spouse do school work? • During an interview, you discover the applicants child has leukemia. This will destroy the company health benefit plan. What do you do? • What’s the value at which a gift from a supplier or client becomes troubling? $25 $50 $100

  10. What shapes ethical behaviors at work? • Individual Factors • Individual ideas of what’s morally right and wrong • Personal interests • Organizational Factors • Meeting aggressive financial or business objectives • Helping the company to survive
