  2. Ensure the cursor is in cell A1 of the ‘Input’ worksheet. • To edit the web query, select Edit Query… from the Data, Get External Data… menu

  3. In the Edit Web Query dialogue box, edit the URL by clicking once on the URL, replace the word ‘York’ with ‘London’. • Click on ‘OK’ to finish. The URL includes the name of the city as the web page: http://www.onlineweather.com/v4/uk/climate/York.html To select another city, replace the city with the name of another. eg: http://www.onlineweather.com/v4/uk/climate/London.html In this URL, the address is case sensitive and must begin with a capital letter.

  4. The data for the new city will be entered into the worksheet, the data in the ‘Process’ worksheet will be updated and the ‘Output’ worksheet will graph the new data automatically.
