  1. 2010 J E A N S O T T E G R A V E S • HISTOIRE • Vignobles Lesgourgues did the resumption of this estate in 1997 • The wines from this terroir are known for their great reputation: they are among the favorite Graves for the natives people from Bordeaux • VIGNOBLE • 10 hectares of vines on 25 • 5500 vines/ha, double Guyot pruning system • Production : 50 000 bottles • Sustainable agriculture • Siliceous graves and clayey graves on calcareous ground • CEPAGES • 55% Merlot • 45% Cabernet Sauvignon • VINIFICATION • 15 days of maceration • Fermentation: 30°C • Daily stirred • Aged in French oak barrel during 6 months • AGEING POTENTIAL • 5 to 8 years • Ageu • 5 à 8 ans NOTES DE DEGUSTATION Nice ruby colour. Intense nose of red and black fruits with somehintsof wood and grilled notes. An elegantmouthofferingfruity and spicyflavourswith wellrounded tannins.
