Conclusions … • A study has been conducted to look at ways of managing and organizing innovation at the firm level • The study has found that at the management level, innovation is fostered by Focus, Mastery, Intensity, and Integrity (c) Prof Parameshwar P. Iyer IISc Bangalore
Conclusions … • The study has also shown that at the organizational level, innovation can be promoted by Processes, Relationships, Commitment, and Belonging. • The future is sure to see a fast and accelerating growth of Knowledge-Based Entrepreneurship, especially in Small and Medium Entreprises.
