Baltimore Section Achievements • Chair 2002 - Virgilio Arafiles, vparafiles@ieee.com • Vice Chair 2002, chair 2003 - Jeffrey Friedhoffer, jafried@ieee.org • Saw a record growth of membership, • Set a new standard in section financial stability, • Met IEEE HQ report deadlines for the second year in a row, • Transitioned WATT’s new into a web-based publication. • Helped 18 new members get elevated to IEEE Senior Member status • John Dentler developed a Treasurer’s Shell that is now being beta tested for IEEE-wide usage, and • Neville guided the Robot Project to a fourth successful year!
