  1. KrishiJiggyasha • In short term we would propose for BTL activities for the survival of the service. • In rural and Urban area BTL generates only 9% of the calls compares to Nation wide Cell Broadcast promo • As a part of midterm we would like to propose sponsored service. This shall ensure some revenue stream • As a part of long term strategy this project might become a part government project along with on-net call rate. Government has plenty of funds for A2I.

  3. Insights • Most of the calls are from Dhaka zone • Calls costly to the end subscribers. SO they are always in a hurry to end the call. • We have seen a lot of communication on Dhaka – SYL highway but not on DHK – Mymensingh road or DHK – CTG • A lot of calls landed for querying for news, sports, what is this service for. • Till today the service is not in TOM

Recommendations • Promotion on Bangladesh Betar • Friday promo in BTV in between Bangla movies • For long term sustainability, we should couple up with a sponsor (reputed brand) of agree products. These sponsors have very good reach in field level. • Advocacy from Banglalink to become a part of A2I

  6. Stock Trading • The call center service shall cater to stock trader by distributing live Stock Price information, news, index and others permitted by DSE • We shall cater the Back Office support for the enlisted Brokerage house with us. • The demo shall be prepared by 30th March 2011
