Why the Centralized Campus Makes Sense… • Takes advantage of increased efficiencies in maintenance, cafeteria, and central kitchen • Centrally located ~efficient busing routing • One site to maintain instead of 5 sites • Provides the most opportunity for the district to save operational cost • Provides educators increased flexibility in grouping of kids • Allows for more effective collaboration efforts
