  5. Students’ response • After taking the test students had to fill out pools. They have to rate with the pool range between “1 to 10”.

  10. Beside polls, administrator provided questionnaire for students to gain deeper information for the better future development. Do you have a notebook or netbook? Are you familiar with IBT? Have you taken any IBT? What advantage you get from IBT? Does IBT help you gain better technology literacy? Do you prefer Internet Based Testing (IBT) or Paper Based Test (PBT)? What difficulty did you find in taking IBT? Do you think that students are honest in taking IBT?

  12. CONCLUSION ICT can be utilized not only in teaching and learning, but also in testing. The benefits of CBT and IBT are: flexibility, speed, wide range, and ability to accommodate students with special needs. Meanwhile, a number of obstacles in the implementation of CBT or IBT come from knowledge and mastery about computer and the questions format that really assesses students’ academic ability.
