Hungary-Ukraine • Preparing for Interreg programmes • In the first years some minor development projects financed by CREDO programme • After official declaration on cross-border co-operation with Ukraine Phare CBC programmes started in 2003 • Hungary-Ukraine Pilot Small Projects Funds (PSPF) • financed by the 2002 and 2003 national Phare programmes • smaller-scale actions defined on the basis of local or regional needs with a cross-border impact

Joint management bodies of the programme • Joint Monitoring Committee • The Joint Monitoring Committee is, on behalf of the parties, responsible for supervising and monitoring the programme implementation according to the Article 35 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1260/1999. • Joint Steering Committee • The Joint Steering Committee is the trilateral operative body to select projects for financing and to make decisions on the content of the call for proposals. • Joint Technical Secretariat • The Joint Technical Secretariat ensures operative assistance for the above committees and organises technical implementation of the project selection process and information sources for potential applicants.
