This game and others games like it are an excellent source for use in reinforcing Catholic formation at home for parents, to teach their children about our Catholic Faith and what it means to be a Catholic; in grade school, high school, RCIA, adult education, and sacramental preparation.
A.M.D.GALL FOR THE HONOR AND GLORY OF GOD Before we begin our game let us pray: Dear Father in heaven we thank you for sending your beloved Son Jesus to teach us your will and for offering up his life on the cross for our sins. As we play this game please send you Holy Spirit upon us to open our hearts and minds to understand what you desire us to know so that we may grow in our knowledge, love and service to you and to follow Jesus command: “Go forth and spread the good news.” We ask this in Jesus name. THE APOSTLE’S CREED GAME THREEHOW TO PLAY • 1. The purpose of this game is to review your knowledge of what you as a Catholic should know and believe about your Catholic Faith. • 2. A20 Prayer, good-works, sacrifice, we can never make restitution for our sins, we are not equal to God. Jesus already paid the price for our sins

A25 Yes! Either in this life or the next.
Q30 Can we get into heaven when we die if have sin on our soul?
A 30 We cannot get into heaven with sin on our soul. If we die with venial sin, we go to purgatory to do the temporal punishment for our sins that remain. If we die with mortal sin on our soul we go to hell for eternity

A5 WE MUST BE SORRY FOR OUR SINS, SEEK GOD’S FORGIVENESSS IN THE SACRAMENT OF RECONCILIATION AND MAKE A FIRM DECISION NOT TO SIN AGAIN. WE CAN TELL GOD WE ARE SORRY FOR OUR SINS WITHOUT THE SACRAMENT, BUT JESUS GAVE US THE SACRAMENT IN ORDER TO GIVE US THE GRACES TO AVOID SIN.

A10 God does not want us to sin. We sin by our own choosing, our own freewill. If God took away our freewill we wouldn’t be made in his image and likeness

A15 Because of man’s freewill. All of the evil in the world is caused by man. When man turned away from God the whole world both nature and man became imperfect.

A20 We humans are responsible for sin and evil in the world.

A25 We individually contribute to sin in the world by our words, deeds, actions that are contrary to God’s love. Each time we do not obey Gods’ law we sin and place more evil in the world.
