Порт – территория • земельные участки государственной, коммунальной и частной формы собственности, • включая обособленные (удаленные) земельные участки • Морской терминал – расположенный в границах морского порта ЦИК • Морские терминалы и портовые операторы – в Реестре портов • Морские терминалы полежат включению в границы морского порта • Границы территории морского порта определяются КМУ

  10. Собственники земельных участков обязаны соблюдать свод обычаев и обязательные постановления по порту • Общий контроль за режимом пребывания и перемещения в морском порту осуществляет администрация портов • Договоры и единый порядок эксплуатации инфраструктуры
