Foreman Certification Four Pillars of Competence Safety Quality Productivity Customer Relations The Foreman certification exam will test a candidate’s ability to apply their leadership and management skills to synthesize these four pillars into desired crew performance.

Qualified Assessor: Qualified Assessors play a critical role in certifying roof system installers. They are the only people trained and approved by NRCA to conduct performance exams for installers.
