18. Management Team • Walker Fleming Chief Executive Officer - AxxessConnect.  Mr. Fleming has 25 years of experience in Fortune 500 aerospace, telecommunications and energy companies. He has held senior management responsibilities at Dynegy, Inc, Logix Communications, Intelligent Systems, US West Communications, Tele-TV and Martin Marietta. Mr. Fleming is experienced in General Management Strategic Development, Sales and Marketing Network Operations, Auditing, Finance, Project Management and New Product Development. He brings experience to AxxessConnect from various industries including voice and data networks, cable TV, energy management, software development and government contracting. Fleming is an Air Force veteran and was a member of DOD’s JCOC 58.

Management Team – Cont’d • Reginald Fields Vice President of Operations, AxxessConnect Mr. Fields comes to AxxessConnect with a strong information technology, telecommunications and military background. Mr. Fields has many years experience at US West and Logix. Communications. Mr. Fields is a major in the Arkansas Army National Guard and has 14 years of service. Mr. Fields has experience in program management, customer service, truck provisioning, implementing and maintaining integrated voice, data, long distance, ISP and high-speed data network service. Before coming to AxxessConnect, Mr. Fields was the Network Operations Director of Program Management and Network Implementation for Dynegy, Inc. Prior to Dynegy he was the Network Operations Director of City Operations for Logix.

20. Management Team – Cont’d • Pambos Charlambous Managing Director AXCI International Mr. Charalambous comes to AxxessConnect from Dynegy Global Communications and Sprint. His experience is in network engineering, planning and architecture, and operations. He formerly was the Director of Network Planning, Design and Engineering with Dynegy, and Network Engineer with Sprint. Mr. Charalambous was instrumental in designing Dynegy’s Network Architecture and implementing Dynegy’s 16K mile, next-generation, fiber-optic optically meshed network which had a capacity of 176 OC192’s . This resulted the largest optically mesh network in the world. He also has extensive experience in DWDM, ATM, IP, xDSL, data network protocols, telephony and telecom satellites. Mr. Charalambous will be heading the International Office of Axxess Connect in Europe.

Management Team – Cont’d • Isaac Gathings Vice President of Finance, AxxessConnect Mr. Gathings has worked for over 25 years in wholesale and retail sales, market development, cost control, network inventory valuations, and contract compliance. He has held management and senior management positions at Dynegy, in Logic Communications, Diversified Consultants Services, American Communication Networks, Circuit City and Martin Marietta. His professional attributes include Cost Savings Initiatives, Telecom wholesale pricing systems, contract negotiations, process re-engineering, internal audits, new account development, client needs assessment, customer service/satisfaction.

Management Team – Cont’d • Connell Black Vice President, Business Development, AxxessConnect Data Solutions Mr. Black has over 13 years of Information Technology and Telecommunication experience, working for inter-exchange carriers as well as Competitive Local Exchange Carriers (CLECs). During his career, he has moved through the ranks of the IT, Network Operations, Network Planning, and Product Development groups. Previous to AxxessConnect, he was the Director of Product Development for Dynegy Global Communications and Extant in Colorado. Prior to Extant, Mr. Black served as the Director Packet Switched Technology at US XChange in Michigan. While at US XChange, he was instrumental in the design, deployment, and operations of their Information Technology group.

23. Former Management • Delores “Dee” Smith Ms. Smith is recently deceased. She was the President of AxxessConnect Data Solutions. She was previously the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition Reform , Electronic Commerce, was the visionary of the Department of Defense (DoD) Business Opportunities, which evolved into the current Federal Business Opportunities (FebBusOps), as well as Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Federal repository of all technical data (FedTeds). She came to AxxessConnect Data Solutions with a wealth of government and military experience. Her career includes over 37 years of service to the federal government, including the DoD, Secretary of Defense in Acquisition Reform Electronic Commerce for the federal government. In the public sector, Ms. Smith has held senior business development roles at OAO Corporation as the VP of Government Business Development Information Technology (IT) and Dynegy as the first VP of Government Development for Telecommunication.
