Status Meeting and Reporting • Fridays 1:00 PM – I will send a meeting notice with a number to call • Before we start the meeting, please send me an email, Subject: Status Report – [your last name] [date format dd/mm/yy] Ex. Status Report – Rapolla 03/02/07 with: • Time Sheet with hours for the week. Estimate the hours for Friday. I will E-mail Time Sheet template. • Accomplishments of the week • Plan for next week • Issues/Possible Solutions • Miscellaneous Ex. Changes on expected schedule/etc.

  6. Approach to Training Development • Please put yourself across the street and see the project in its entirety. In other words, see the jungle and do not get caught on the trees. • Share the knowledge with the team • Follow the Standards to minimize quality review time • Feel free to give feedback, especially if it will benefit the project • Discuss anything you have doubts about with me before taking it to the client
