HOW TO PLAY SUMO WRESTLING Sumo wrestling is a simple game. There are 2 people in the ring and you have to get the opponent out of the ring or on the ground using various moves.
The of Sumo traditions Sumo matches are fought in a “doyho”, and played on raised platform made up of clay and sand. The match begins when two wrestlers enter the ring and strip, and only have the “mawashi” (traditional fighting cloths). At the start of each tournament there is a ceremony, where all the competing wrestlers stand around the ring.
Life as a Sumo Wrestler Every sumo wrestler belongs to a stable. Wrestlers usually wake up early in the morning . There are various exercisers e.g. one of them is- Shiko- They start of by standing with their legs apart and their hands on their thighs or knees, with one foot bent and planted firmly on the ground as they raise the other high in the air. And slam there feet on the ground, this is to improve there lower body and make it stronger. Another thing at sumo stables is if you are higher ranked you get to go first and get more privileges then smaller ranked wrestlers.
