  10. What is UAAMP? The Urban African American Mentoring Program is designed to support students by building relationships with a mentor team to help students achieve their personal and academic goals.

UAAMP Objectives • Develop a comprehensive and integrated recruitment plan for 50 students for each academic year. • Design and facilitate orientation and training sessions for mentors and mentees. • Facilitate relationship building between students, mentors, and the Sinclair community through on and off campus activities. • Assess qualitative and quantitative data for continuous improvement.
