Description • To include a Science DMZ to benefit the following Data Intensive Science Centers • LHC-ATLAS Tier 2 – Midwest Tier 2 Cluster • Genomics – Open Science Data Cloud (OSDC) • Computational Institute – Globus Transfer and Storage Nodes • Astronomy – Dark Energy Survey • Astrophysics – South Pole Telescope • SDN/GENI Components • Projected integration and use by • Genomics department for Openflow Integration into the OSDC for data and VM migration capabilities • Computational Institute - Globus Transfer planning on integrating SDN and MOXI into data transfer functionality to provide alternate transfer pathing • GENI Rack • Managed by Central IT Services • Installed at Test/Dev Datacenter for flexibility
