EHAP Renewal Timeline *anticipated date
(1) NMAG registration • Go to https://secure.nmag.gov/coros/ • Fiscal year ending in 2011 or 2012 • Print First page of the “NM Charitable Organization Registration Statement”
(2) Letter of support • Addressed to MFA • Dated within the last 6 months • Signed by an authorized official • From the city, town, village or tribe; for unincorporated areas, the county • Supports operation of an emergency shelter
(3) Search System Award Management website • Go to website: www.sam.gov • Must be dated within 30 days of the application date
(5) Correct any issues Only if requested by MFA • “Approval of Financial Audit” – if audit is not pending or approved • “Review of Contract Performance” – if expenditures are behind
