November 2004 meeting Coming into November meeting • Sponsor ballot recirculation 2 completed with draft version 10 • Ballot Summary • Closing date: 2004-10-08 • Results were 100 affirmation votes and 9 negative votes with comments. • Stats on pool- Met the 75% returned ballot requirement • 161 eligible people in this ballot group, 100 affirmative votes, 9 negative votes with comments , 0 negative votes without comments , 12 abstention votes • Sponsor ballot recirculation 3 in October after an interim meeting (56 comments were received in this) in Portland which was held for 1 day on October 19th. • During the November meeting, 52 ballot comments were resolved • Currently there are 5 outstanding No votes Jay Bain, Fearn Consulting

Sponsor ballot history • Sponsor Ballot started 7 April and was to end 8 May. It actually closed on 30 May. • Return rate didn’t meeting IEEE SA requirements. 61% of necessary 75% received by May meeting. Closed when 75% was achieved. • 377 Comments were received and approximately 150 were resolved during May meeting.
