  3. Introduction: Praise the LORD. 1a Chorus: How good it is to sing praises to our God, 1b How pleasant and fitting to praise him! 1c Investigate God’s Activities!

  4. 1. He Returns His People To The Promised Land 2 The LORD builds up Jerusalem; 2a He gathers the exiles of Israel. 2b

  5. 2. He Attends To Their Emotions 3 He heals the broken-hearted 3a And He binds up their wounds. 3b How are we broken? Disappointment, loss, purpose and meaning, sin can leave us broken.

  6. 3. He Determines The Stars 4 He determinesthe number of the stars 4a And He calls them each by name. 4b

  7. 4. He Reveals His Power All Day Long 5 Great is our Lordand mighty in power; 5a His understandinghas no limit. 5b Bible preservation,many proofs

  8. He Reveals His Power All Day Long In The Sun He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.Col 1:17

  9. 5. He Is Kind and Just 6 The LORD sustains the humble 6a But casts the wickedto the ground. 6b The destruction of His enemies,the relentlessness of Justice. Chorus: Sing to the LORDwith thanksgiving; 7a Make music to our Godon the harp. 7b

  10. 6. He Does His ChoresWithout Complaint 8 He covers the sky with clouds; 8a He supplies the earth with rain and 8b He makes grass grow on the hills. 8c

  15. Our Challenge • We must give God enough of our time so we can actually see and value what He is doing. • Then we will sense his presence, hear His voice and be enabled to do His wonderful good pleasure in our lives.
