How can we promote PDHPE in our classroom? • Physical education (e.g. Warm-up, Invasion, Net and Court and Invasion Games, Gross and Fine motor skills recreational sports). • Nutritional awareness (e.g. Healthy eating habits, food pyramids, ‘sometimes’ foods, growth and development). • Road safety (e.g. road signs, rules, pedestrian and car safety). • Interpersonal relationships and protection (e.g. social interactions, understanding diversity and the community, stranger danger)

  5. But more importantly… Learn, grow, play and have fun.
