  1. Adcetris Injection: Suppliers and distributors in India The active ingredient in the medicine Adcetris is Brentuximab Vedotin produced in the Chinese Hamster's ovary cell. Brentuximab Vedotin is a CD30-directed antibody-drug conjugate (ADC). It is used to treat patients with Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) after an autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) or after the failure of at least two prior multi-agent chemotherapy regimens in patients who are not ASCT candidates and in the treatment of systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Adcetris for Injection is supplied as a sterile, white to off-white, preservative-free lyophilized cake or powder in single-use vials in 50 mg strength. There is no known antidote for overdose of Adcetris. In case of overdosage, the patient should be closely monitored for adverse reactions, particularly neutropenia, and one should administer supportive treatment.
