  2. THE ULTIMATE GOAL OF GMP IN PHARMACEUTICAL INDUSTRY IS TO PROVIDE SAFE PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS WITH GOOD QUALITY.

  3. HYGIENE In order to achieve good manufacturing practice the industry has to maintain a clean environment in and around the manufacturing area. The industry has to implement essential control methods to avoid contamination of the pharmaceutical products.

  4. PROCESS CONTROL: Appropriate controls, calibrations and validations have to be carried out for raw materials, immediate products and bulk products. The finished products should undergo a series of checks as per the procedural definitions.

  5. MANUAL CHECKING: Any pharmaceutical product before marketing has to be checked and certified by authorized persons to confirm that the products are manufactured with respect to the regulations.

  6. EVALUATION: Regular evaluations have to be conducted on the quality of pharmaceuticals to track the consistency and improvement of the process.
