Suggested answer: The heaviest of hiring generally does take place at the beginning of the year; they are fired at the end of the year. Suggested answer: It is softening, a little bit job growth is slowing down because of the contraction in housing and all those sectors, but that has been offset a bit by the service sector. 1.3 million jobs are expected to be created.
