Quiz 3 Results: • Average class score after partial credit: __________ • Commonly missed questions:________________________________________ • We will be going over some of these in the nest class session when we review for the second half of the final exam. Grade Scale All of this material will be tested again on the final exam, so please make sure you go over the problems you missed with a teacher or TA.

  2. Math 010 Final Exam: • Comprehensive – covers the whole semester • Worth 200 points (20% of course grade) • 40 questions • Test period is one hour and 50 minutes • Practice test is worth 20 points and also has 40 questions and unlimited tries. • Your best score on the practice test will also earn up to 20 extra credit points • Practice test is due at the scheduled start time of this section’s final exam

  3. There are PREREQUISITES for these!! Access to Final Exam Review Materials: You must get at least 70% on the Unit 1 Review before you can start the Unit 2 review. Unit 1 review is due at the start of next class session. You must get at least 70% on the Unit 2 Review before you can start the Practice Final. Due Date for Unit 2 review: Check online or with your teacher in class today. The Practice Final is worth 20 points, plus up to 20 extra credit points towards your final exam score. The Practice Final is dueat the scheduled start time for the final exam for this class section.

  4. Make sure you know the day and time of the final exam for this section of Math 010:Day: ______ Date: _______Time: ______ to _______ All Math 010 finals will be given in your regular classroom (JHSW 214). Final exam schedules for all sections are posted on the bulletin board and in your course syllabus.

  5. Gateway Quiz Retake Times • Mondays • 10:10 am • 12:20 pm • Tuesdays • 1:25 pm • 3:35 pm • Wednesdays • 9:05 am • 10:10 am • Thursdays • 10:10 am • 2:30 pm SIGN UP IN THE MATH TLC OPEN LAB! If NONE of the above times work for you… email Krystle Mayer or Shing Lee, Math TLC Coordinators (JHSW 201), to set up a date and time.

  6. Final Exam Unit 1 Review : 1. Review Quizzes 1 & 2 and Test 1 from your online gradebook. Reviewing these quizzes and tests online while looking at your graded worksheets is an excellent way to review for the final exam. Pay particular attention to those questions you missed on these previous exams and come into the open lab for help to review the correct methods for solving these problems. 2. Complete HW Final Exam Review Unit 1. Worth 20 points;due at start of next class session.(You must score at least 70% to get access to next one.) BOTH review assignments must be completed to get access to practice final.

  7. Suggestion to instructors: Use remaining time to review concepts and problems that your section had difficulty with on Quizzes 1 and 2 and Test 1, then if any times remains, have students get started on the Unit 1 Review homework.
