  3. Course Description (from syllabus) • “CP Biology Level 2 is a prerequisite for students intending to take more advanced biology courses” • It deals with the study of life requirements, systems, forms, and environmental considerations… Your /daughter has a copy :)

  4. What do we study?? • Intro Stuff: Characteristics of Life, Scientific Method & Biological Tools/Procedures • Biochemistry (carbohydrates, lipids, nucleic acids and proteins)

  5. What do we study?? • Cytology Review (cell structure, function) • Cell Homeostasis & Transport • Cell Reproduction (chromosomes, mitosis and meiosis)
