  2. Taj Mahal Taj Mahal is known as Seven Wonders of the World. Taj Mahal is built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1631 and 1648 in memory of his wife, the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is located on the right bank of the Yamuna River. Taj Mahal is building in pure white marble. Taj Mahal complex is built of red sandstone.
