  4. How Automatic Bin Discharger Works? Bin Discharger is a device of slender conical shape and due to that the vibration facilitates the flow of material from the hopper or silo. The difficulty of the lower conical section of the bin is replaced by a bin dispenser with a relatively flat dispensing head and baffles.
