  1. Spring Cleaning for your Skin

  2. Spring cleaning is basically the process of cleaning your skin in readiness for spring season. This is o because after a series of make-up application, the skin remains with various layers of lotions and other elements. Spring season is one of the best seasons in which a skin is left exposed to the external environment since there is no longer need for more layers of lotions or other types of winter cream. It is crucial for one to spring clean as it enhances proper rejuvenation of the skin. When such products applied on your skin dwells so much in the skin, they may end up expiring and harming the properties of the skin. Why is Spring Cleaning Important? Spring cleaning is important as it is a basis in which to scrap off all the unwanted dry and dirty products accrued from foreign layers created during the application of make-ups. It is important to keep in mind that our skin is a very delicate organ. In that case spring cleaning helps in removing dry and even crusted sections on top of the skin. The main source of skin dryness is accrued from application of various types of make-ups as well as taking too long before exfoliating you skin sections because not all sections need exfoliation. Exfoliating your skin during winter might not be necessary and might even take a while before you do it again. This is not a crime but as winter sets in, you are expected to do it more frequently because of two main reasons. Firstly, it allows your skin to glow all the time. Your skin can only glow when dead materials or cells are removed from the surface of the skin. Secondly, since our skins perspire more frequently during spring, it calls for frequent exfoliation so that we can remove all germs and toxins accrued from the internal body systems. http://blog.indulgenow.com/indulge-post/spring-cleaning-for-your-skin/

  3. What does spring cleaning of skin entails? Spring cleaning involve a number of things to do. The first thing to do during spring cleaning is using a foam cleaning method to remove oils produced as a result of spring weather. Foam cleansing is crucial as it does away with all the oil deposits logged on the surface of your skin. I believe that not everybody feels comfortable when their skin is oily at all times. The removal of oil is basically important given the fact that it allows for proper aeration of your skin during spring. It is upon you to decide whether to foam-clean your skin during winter but it is highly recommended during spring season.Peeling some layers of your skin is also another way of spring cleaning. This is important because there is always a pile-up of make-up layers as well as the dead skin layer. There are various types of chemical which are effective in triggering the pealing of the outer layer of your skin in readiness for spring. Such peeling should be done by a qualified professional because doing it on your own might led to extensive damages since not everybody is good in determining the limits and the concentration of chemicals to be used. http://blog.indulgenow.com/indulge-post/spring-cleaning-for-your-skin/

  4. Prevent eczema during spring Spring cleaning is good but not all types of skins can withstand such cleaning processes. In such a scenario, eczema might be the order of the day where your skin becomes rough and, sometimes, inflamed. To prevent such inflammation after having a spring cleansing of your skin, all you need to do is apply a sunflower seed oil. The sun flower seed oil has been researched on and various researches have exuded confidence on the fact that an oil is crucial in reducing inflammation of your skin after having a spring skin cleansing. The sun flower oil application is also important as they help in the stimulation of melanin production as well as the production of fats. Melanin production by your skin is important as they maintain the color of your skin. On the other hand, the natural production of fats by your skin is crucial as it helps in the creation of an external protective barrier. This barrier protects your skin from sun glares and other harmful bacteria which might be abundant during spring season. Sunscreen application is also crucial as it complement the cleaning of your skin during spring. UV rays are detrimental during spring than during winter. It is important to consider that spring cleaning should be followed by the application of sunscreen lotion. There are other crucial tips which can be crucial during spring cleaning of your skin but these are the major ones which are crucial in ensuring that your skin remains radiant during the whole spring season. Spring cleaning should not at any given point in time be a foregone course because it is the basis of ensuring that your skin is health throughout all the four seasons of the year. Spring cleaning like I said is the basis of ensuring a constant rejuvenation of your skin in all seasons. http://blog.indulgenow.com/indulge-post/spring-cleaning-for-your-skin/
